UYA is co-administered by high school students employed as youth staff at our office. These youths assist in the planning and implementation of activities for other students with supervision from the adult staff. The youth director leads the youth team.   COMMUNITY OUTREACH Urban Youth Action, Incorporated also partners with other organizations to conduct several outreach programs throughout the year.
