PROGRAMS AND SERVICES :: Youth Development :: Youth Staff :: School Based Programs :: Community Outreach UNIQUELY UYA! UYA is co-administered by high school students employed as youth staff at our office. These youths assist in the planning and implementation of activities for other students with supervision from the adult staff. The youth director leads the youth team.   SCHOOL BASED PROGRAM Urban Youth Action provides resources to assist local school districts and other educational institutions in the areas of Workforce Development and Violence Prevention.  Currently, UYA works with Pittsburgh Public Schools, Wilkinsburg High School, The Crossroads Foundation and Shuman Center of Allegheny County.
